If you’d asked us before the pandemic what we would buy for a disaster, our list would probably look like this: bottled water, flashlights, canned goods, a first-aid kit, maybe even an emergency radio. Turns out 2020 had a very different kind of disaster in store, with a very different kind of shopping list.
