You are getting a little bit of fat from the mayonnaise, about 10mg of sodium, and some carbohydrates, but a little bit of fiber and protein, too. Again, tartar sauce isn’t the healthiest or unhealthiest food out there, and like most other foods, it can be enjoyed in moderation.
