Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Although fudge is popular during the holiday season, it’s actually a sweet treat you can enjoy throughout the year — even during the summer months.

And now more than ever home cooks of all ages are trying their hands at making delicious desserts in their own kitchen. So why not start with something easy like this simple and quick peanut butter fudge recipe.

This recipe for peanut butter fudge only requires four ingredients and takes 10 minutes to prepare. Setting a fudge can be tricky, but with my signature easy homemade peanut butter fudge recipe, you’ll have a tasty treat in no time.

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.

  2. In a medium saucepan, bring sugar and milk to a boil. Allow to boil for about 2½ minutes, stirring regularly, and then remove from heat. Add the peanut butter and vanilla and stir until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into the pan and allow to cool until set. Slice into 1-inch squares.

Makes About 16 pieces. 101 calories, 8g fat, 1mg cholesterol, 78mg sodium, 4g total carbohydrate, 4g protein

*To make this fudge “dairy-free,” use coconut milk in place of cow’s milk.
