Ingredients Needed for Honey-Dijon Brussels Sprouts
- 1½ lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- Onion powder, to taste
How to Make Honey-Dijon Brussels Sprouts
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place sprouts on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until browned and tender. Flip halfway through cooking time.
- In a medium bowl, stir together mustard, honey and onion powder. Remove sprouts from baking sheet and toss with mustard mixture.
