Ingredients Needed for Honey-Dijon Brussels Sprouts

  • 1½ lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Onion powder, to taste

How to Make Honey-Dijon Brussels Sprouts

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place sprouts on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until browned and tender. Flip halfway through cooking time.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together mustard, honey and onion powder. Remove sprouts from baking sheet and toss with mustard mixture.
