Everyone has their preference…pie over cake or cake over pie. I rarely meet someone who feels equally about both. Pies and cake are just so very different. Pies can be savory (think chicken pot pie) and sweet (chocolate, pumpkin, etc.), while cake just isn’t known for being enjoyed in a savory way. And maybe it’s just me, but pie seems acceptable to be eaten at any time during the day. Are you with me on that one?
