There are a few things that 4 Charles Prime Rib does exceptionally well, including serving extraordinary renditions of traditional cocktails and grilling up substantial servings of premium steak. The classics are king at 4 Charles Prime Rib. Try their creamed spinach, loaded baked potato, and dry-aged ribeye steak, dusted with just the right amount of seasoning. Urban Farmer’s family of restaurants spans Denver, Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Portland, and, if you’re based in or visiting Portland, Oregon, you definitely have to check Urban Farmer out. Urban Farmer believes in using local ingredients combined in innovative ways. Their Portland, Oregon location fuses a farmhouse aesthetic with a high-end steakhouse for a communal, sophisticated vibe that makes you feel right at home.

But, of course, CUT Beverly Hills nails the classics, too. The porterhouse and tomahawk steaks are exceptional, especially when paired with some truffle french fries or rich creamed spinach (we’re drooling just thinking about it).
Although most people come to CUT Beverly Hills specifically for the steaks, their rotisserie jidori chicken with thyme and fresh, wild mushrooms is an exceptionally balanced and new rendition of your classic chicken dish. Their Colorado lamb rack is tasty as well, full of a lovely mint flavor.
12. Guard and Grace
With locations in Denver, Colorado, and Houston, Texas, Guard and Grace offers a high-end steakhouse experience with a strong emphasis on satisfying you from the minute you walk in the door. Innovation is the name of the game at Guard and Grace, and the chefs elevate traditional entrees and steaks beautifully, while still keeping the feel and taste of the original dish. In addition to their steaks, sides, and scrumptious desserts, Guard and Grace offers plenty of artisanal cocktails to round off your experience.
Although the steaks are top-notch, seafood lovers will want to sample Guard and Grace’s fresh oysters or perfectly poached lobster with clarified butter. Once you’ve gotten your fix of seafood, it’s time to tuck into their prime tomahawk steak with demi glaze and bright chive butter — perfect for two.
