Brothers Osborne accepted the win for CMA Duo of the Year from an emotional Wynonna Judd on Wednesday night with some surprising news of their own.

John Osborne excitedly revealed during the duo’s acceptance speech that he and wife and fellow singer Lucie Silvas are expecting twins.

Silvas smiled broadly from the audience.

Wynonna presented Brothers Osborne – comprised of T.J. and John Osborne – with the award six months after the unexpected death of her mother, Naomi. Wynonna and Naomi Judd – The Judds – won Duo of the Year seven times.

"I am humbled and honored tonight to still have a seat at the table of country music," she said while the crowd cheered.

When she called Brothers Osborne’s name as the winner, T.J. Osborne jumped up and kissed his partner.

"Don’t leave the stage," T.J. asked Wynonna. "Stay here."

He remembered moving to Nashville and believing he’d never be able to afford to eat more than Ramen noodles.

"To be here tonight and to be in the presence of Wynonna while winning this award will be one of the biggest highlights of my life," T.J. Osborne said.

John Osborne agreed and said he had learned so much from watching The Judds before making the pregnancy announcement.
