God of War Ragnarok is out available to snap up worldwide, but some consumers who have purchased the Collector’s Edition of Kratos’ latest god-slaying adventure have reported tier copies are missing the actual game.

For example Twitter user reported that their copy of the God of War Ragnarok Collector’s Edition came with two codes for the same DLC, with the game conspicuously absent. Other buyers reported a similar issue, with codes replacing the actual game.

The problems aren’t just limited to the Collector’s Edition, either. Some users who snapped up the God of War Ragnarok console bundle discovered that they were sent the PS4 version of the game, despite the PS5 version clearly promoted on the Redeem Code flyer.

As a result, the only way to claim the PS5 version is to pay $10 to upgrade to the current-generation version of God of War Ragnarok. The Jotnar Edition also experience problems, with the steelbook reportedly not included in some orders.

God of War Ragnarok is now available for PS4 & PS4, and you can read our full review here.
