Juanny Romero started Mothership Coffee Roasters in 2012, back when specialty coffees were a much less popular niche in the area than they are today. That meant that, together with her first employees, Romero had to perfect the roasting process mostly by trial and error while learning from other professionals. Today, after expanding to four locations between Henderson and Las Vegas, Mothership has developed what it terms a "sweet-spot" roasting method to balance body and flavor.
