So this is what makes sparks fly for Travis Kelce.

The Chiefs’ star tight end, 33, opened up about dating and relationships on Tuesday’s installment of Kristin Cavallari’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast as rumors continue to circulate about his apparent connection with Taylor Swift.

When asked about his biggest turn-offs, Kelce replied that those considered “high-maintenance” need not apply.

“High maintenance, I’m out the door,” the two-time Super Bowl champ said.

“If you’re arrogant, snooty or just higher or above people, that’s the biggest turn-off for me.”

As for what he looks for in a potential partner, Kelce said they have to have “some sort of sweetness,” citing how “kind-hearted” his mother, Donna Kelce, is.

The eight-time Pro Bowler also elaborated on relationship timelines.

“To really dive into a relationship with somebody I feel like it’s going to take at least, I don’t know, it’s going to take some time,” Kelce said.

“It’s not going to be immediate because, the stuff I’ve been through, just in my past, I feel like you really gotta know somebody to take that step and really be committed and be in full-throttle. I can’t just meet somebody and just automatically think that forever is just a day away … I think it takes quite a bit of time for somebody to really get to know somebody and really get to find that affection and love for them.”

When asked if feels any sort of pressure about settling down, Kelce said he is “living my life” and is hopeful that when the time comes, everything falls into place.

“I like to believe that all of that stuff will come genuine and natural and I won’t have to think about getting into that part of my life ahead of time, the stars will align, I guess,” he said.

Kelce, who made his regular-season debut on Sunday in the Chiefs’ 17-9 win against the Jaguars, was first linked to Swift, 33, earlier this month.

The Messenger reported how the two “have been quietly hanging out.”

“She saw him when she was in NYC a few weeks ago,” the outlet reported.

Kelce, who previously dated influencer and broadcaster Kayla Nicole, attempted to connect with Swift earlier this summer when her “Eras Tour” stopped in Kansas City.

“So, I was a little butthurt that I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,” Kelce previously said on the “New Heights” podcast.

“She doesn’t meet anybody — or at least she didn’t want to meet me. So, I took it personal.”

Swift and actor Joe Alwyn broke up in April after six years together.

She was romantically linked to musician Matty Healy a short time later before the two reportedly called it quits in June.

Travis Kelce might be in his Taylor Swift era after all.

The superstar Chiefs tight end — who had tried to give Swift his number earlier this summer — has been “hanging out” with the pop star, according to The Messenger.

“Taylor and Travis have been quietly hanging out,” a source told the outlet. “She saw him when she was in NYC a few weeks ago.”

Kelce, who has not confirmed any relationship with the “All Too Well” singer, did say in an Aug. 31 episode of his podcast with brother Jason Kelce that he had been in New York the previous weekend.

“What did I do?” Travis said on the 51st episode of “New Heights.” “I can’t remember. I don’t think I did much. … I think I was up in New York.”

Kelce, who had been in an on-again, off-again relationship with broadcaster Kayla Nicole, which ended in 2022, had discussed earlier this summer about how he tried to give Swift his phone number while he attended an Eras Tour concert in Kansas City.

After the podcast, Kelce was asked about the failed Swift encounter by NFL Network’s Andrew Siciliano but was cagey in his reply.

Tarvis Kelce said earlier this year that he tried to give Taylor Swift his number.

“I said what I said and I meant what I said when I said it,” Kelce said at Chiefs practice on Aug. 2. “It is what it is. I’m not going to talk about my personal life. I know what you writers want to hear. You want to hear more about that, and I’m not going to give you anything.”

When Siciliano asked if Swift had reached out to Kelce, the tight end responded: “That’s going to wrap it up here,” with a smile.

Swift had been linked to the lead singer of The 1975, Matty Healy, earlier this year.

She has been on tour all summer, performing at the Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium in July.

On Monday, Chiefs coach Andy Reid told reporters he is optimistic Kelce can get back on the field on Sunday against the Jaguars.

“Travis is getting better,” Reid said.
